We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Boun’Shoes so if, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• Email us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your items.
• All items must be unworn. All Items must be in their original packaging
• All items must be returned within 30 days.

Items can be exchanged or returned for a refund.  Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibilities but if you  pay with your Paypal account, Paypal can refund your return shipping costs.
