When you place an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them.

If the words “on backorder” appear to you, it means that the item is not in stock and you will receive it in approx. a month

You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent email informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details.

Altering existing orders:

If you need to change anything on an order – or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

If a  question or problem with our products or delivery should arise, please inform us immediately.  Our general terms and conditions are legally applicable. However, on principle, we always aim for customer-oriented solutions.
